May 10, 2025 – Powerzone H2 Technologies celebrated the establishment of its Hydrogen Fuel Cell R&D and Production Hub in Zhonglou High-Tech District, Changzhou. The signing ceremony, held in Singapore, marks a significant milestone in our expansion into the Chinese market, with a total investment of approximately RMB 72 million.
This memorable event was honored by the presence of Mr. Noel Chin, President of the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association Singapore, alongside Powerzone H2 partners, staff, and delegates from Zhonglou District who witnessed this strategic partnership.
This collaborative project with Zhonglou High-Tech District will serve as an innovation base for the hydrogen energy sector. It is designed to strengthen Sino-Singapore cooperation by facilitating knowledge exchange and contributing to the establishment of a global standards framework for the industry.
The new facility will focus on the design, development, and integration of core hydrogen fuel cell components, including Catalyst Coated Membranes (CCMs), Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs), fuel cell stacks, and system solutions. These will support a wide range of practical and industrial applications such as forklifts, drones, backup power systems, and mobile lighting towers.
With plans to scale production to meet rising demand, the initiative is projected to generate sales exceeding RMB 150 million in the coming years.
This integrated hub accelerates our R&D through cross-border collaboration and talent development, driving technological breakthroughs and market expansion for clean hydrogen.
